Join LEGO® Serious Play® expert Michael Fearne as he demonstrates how PLAY can help you explore the customer experience. We'll delve deeper into the journey your customers go though as they experience your business and brand.

LEGO® Serious Play® is a methodology to harvest an organisation’s collective intelligence to solve problems and improve decision-making. It actively engages every participant and embraces a “leaning forward” approach where everybody contributes. 

The bricks are used as a medium to build and to express complex ideas through storytelling and metaphors. The conversation, issue, problem, system, idea is literally right there on the table. To talk about, to play with, to change, to test, to improve, to decide on together. 

It unleashes creative energies, modes of thought and ways of seeing that most adults have forgotten they even possessed!

Michael Fearne is a little bit rebellious. He makes people in business play with LEGO. Through the amazing LEGO® Serious Play® method he helps businesses become more creative and innovative. That's right LEGO + Work = Serious Creativity and Innovation. He's also the founder of the LSP Academy which teaches and certifies people on how to run their own LEGO Serious Play workshops.
