Oded has thrived at the dynamic intersection of science and business. Armed with an MBA, MSc, PMP, and GAICD, he has navigated diverse roles and continents. His expertise in business development is deeply rooted in a keen understanding of scientific innovation. Currently, as a Client Engagement Facilitator for Medical Technologies at the Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF), he leverages his unique experience to empower industry and researchers. By connecting them with ANFF's cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and expertise, he acts as a bridge, enabling the translation of scientific discoveries into real-world solutions.

With over 30 years of manufacturing experience Ross is CEO of Austeng – a boutique engineering firm located in North Geelong that specializes in the design, engineering development and building of customized electro-mechanical machinery and systems. Austeng has a proven track record in working with clients to assist them to introduce cutting edge systems that enable them to complete in an increasing global market It has built a reputation as an innovative and world class designer and manufacturer of quality automated special purpose equipment for industry.
- Morley Muse - iStem
Dr Morley Muse is a Chemical, Environmental and Renewable Energy Engineer with expertise in waste-to-energy generation, wastewater treatment, renewable hydrogen generation, biofuels production and energy transition including storage, transmission and waste heat reuse. She holds multiple board/executive leadership positions and has worked across academia and industry including in consulting and construction.
